Zing Health members have benefits for over-the-counter (OTC) health, safety, and hygiene items. Each member receives a debit card that is reloaded with $75 to $105 quarterly, depending on which plan you are enrolled in. You can use your OTC benefit in participating stores, online, or through our catalog. Hundreds of items across dozens of categories, from medicines to first aid to supplements to incontinence supplies, are eligible.
Ways to Use Your OTC Benefit
1. Activate your NationsOTC debit card, then bring it to CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Dollar General, or any other participating store, and use it to buy eligible items.
2. Visit NationsOTC.com/Zing to order products online using your Nations OTC debit card.
3. Call 1-877-273-3381 (TTY 711) to place an order over the phone.
4. Fill out and return the order form in your product catalog.
